College of Agriculture,Raipur

The College of Agriculture , Raipur was established in the year 1961 by the then Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. This was the initiation of higher education of agriculture in the state. Initially this college was affiliated to Sagar University of Madhya Pradesh. In 1964 it became one of the constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya , Jabalpur.

College of Agriculture , Raipur is offering UG & PG programme. Thirteen departments are functioning under College of Agriculture , Raipur The activity of the colleges is carried out through different departments and the departments are the pivots for the main functioning of the teaching, research and extension education in the university.
